Beatty Park Leisure Centre is a pool complex 3 km north of the Perth CBD. It has a 50 metre, 8-lane main pool for serious swimmers, a 30 metre dive pool and 25-metre lap pool ana a "learn to swim" pool, amongst other facilities. Beatty Park wss initially built as the main pool for the British Commonwealth and Empire Games in 1962 The Games were the biggest thing that had ever happened in Perth. Beatty Park has been upgraded since then and it remains one of the top pool complexes in Perth. Entry is $7.20 for adults and $4.50 for children.…

Great fun with our second son. The outdoor setting and picnic area was easy reach to view junior playing. Food served was snacks and choice easy with young children.

I went for a swim here (the casual rates are very reasonable) during a business trip to Perth. There are four swimming pools, and the facilities are terrific. The main outdoor 50m pool was busy-ish when I arrived just after 05:30, but the outdoor 30m pool (which didn’t have any lanes laid out) was almost completely empty. Nice clean changing rooms and very friendly staff. Highly recommended. …

A great day out for the family; family pass for the family is $9. Four pools; two outside and two inside. The little ones loved the inside pool and that where they should be. The gym is a good addition, with plenty of classes. Steam room and sauna also available. The cafe is ok food, but often they run out. The crèche is very useful. On the weekend or hot day this place can get packed. Overall a lovely place to spend for a few hours or conduct a birthday party for the little one…
