You have to visit this church. It's like no other. it's built in a circle and mostly stained glass windows depicting fish, saints and the ocean. There are little boats around the altar and screens in the side of the altar depicting green seaweed. The crucifix seems to be suspended in air. Saturday mass is at 5 and Sunday at... More

We were staying at Harrah's Biloxi and St Michael's Church is just a block away. We went for Saturday vigil mass. The Church is small but very modern. It is a church for the mariners, so they do an annual blessing of the boats.I would love to make my next at the time to witness it. Lovely stained glass windows. Sadly,... More

We went to the 5 o'clock Mass on Saturday July 16. The restored church is very beautiful. Read the history. Allow some time to really look around. The stained glass fishing theme & architecture was worth seeing even if you're not Catholic. It's air conditioned too.

This Roman Catholic parish church is known as "the Fisherman's Church," and it is worth a stop. Pause a moment and sit in the pews. Take in the ceiling-to-floor stained glass which portrays the Twelve Apostles. The church building has been totally remodeled at least twice: once after Hurricane Camille in 1969 and again after Katrina in 2005. It now... More

To see this place before Katrina, after Katrina, and today is an amazing transformation. The church is beautiful and very unique. It's round - unlike any other. I would definitely make this a stop for mass or just passing by. Hours are limited.

This church has some wonderful stained glass windows, all placed around the circular building. This place is gorgeous on the inside. I would have never thought it would be so lovely from the outside, but once you go inside and see the stained glass windows you are totally in awe. This is an active church but they do have tours... This historical church has served this beach community for many years. In the past we've watched Fourth of July fireworks from its uniquely shaped exterior.
