Talk about a BAD casino, robs you, dreary and dark. Treasure Island please shut down. You don't deserve to be open. You rob everyone of their money

So, as a scotsman i wear a kilt and apparently my sporran is a threat to security. Was denied entrance because "in the current environment, that is not coming into the venue". I saw many people with larger bags (size was apparently an issue) and you are fine to carry a lawn chair around. I had no place to keep my wallet or ID. I'll not go to this venue again. Attitude of security staff were awful and no respect for cultural heritage.
Ironic really.
Bands were great. Venue is the worst in the area in my experience.

We enjoy the hotel and it's a fun getaway. Staff has always been pleasant. We will keep visiting and extremely enjoy the "no smoking" policy that is now in place. We will be very disappointed if you allow smoking back in the casino. Restaurants, bars, and all the other businesses have survived the "No Smoking" rule. Your casino will survive just fine. Gamblers like to gamble, drinkers like to drink, they do not stop. They just complain. We like the clean environment you are providing. Now that you have some new and cleaned up machines why get all your hard and expensive work "yellowed and dirty". That had to be a time consuming big expense. Don't throw it away, you will gain more visitors and it will be a healthier environment for visitors and staff.
Thank you

Where to begin with this monstrosity. To start, there isn't enough handicapped or Veteran parking. Walking into the casino, we had to walk through a cloud of filthy smoke because people weren't using the designated area. Hungry? Don't go here. The buffet is set up in a way that you can either A) order a pizza to sit down and eat B) order a $30 for 2 entree that comes in a tin container. It contained 6 pieces of chicken (no you don't get to choose light or dark meat), 2 lumps of mashed potatoes and gravy, 2 rolls, 2 half pieces of corn which were inedible and 2 warm Pepsi's served in the bottles. The wait for the over-priced steak house was 3 hours and you have to have reservations. What a cluster! Finally got to our concert, beer was $9 and water was $3. You are NEVER told at any time to bring your chair if you sit in the grass. Has no idea we needed chairs and was wearing white pants. Ended up losing my phone which was found promptly and brought to Guest Services. Sent hubby to pick it up. They wouldn't let him have it even though I gave them permission. Spent a lot of money to be hosed. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A DECENT EXPERIENCE.

PS If you are gambling, soda and water, which is usually free at casinos, comes from the vending machines.

I go to casinos a lot. I got a free $10 coupon so I thought I would come back after the last time I visited and lost a bunch. I have NEVER burned through money as fast as at this casino. The slots eat your money fast here. Stay away.

Room was nice, but don't go if you plan to win a little. Hadn't been there for a year and came home $5,000 lighter! The machines are extremely tight! Have to go back in July and we're thinking of not gambling this time. We're Platinum members with no benefits apparently? Loved the NO SMOKING this visit and hope they adopt this policy to keep everyone healthier! No more stinky people sitting next to you!

Offer guests a reason to come back to the casino when they live over 2 hrs away and send me mailers for $10 - $20 free play. We have not been there in over a year so asked them if they would at least give us a free night stay while we give them our money. The answer was last visit your play was not enough. Since that over a year ago we have been invited to come back to 6 other casino's that offered free night stay and $50- $100 free play. Apparently this Casino is so tight and money hungry I would not recommend it to anyone if it was the last Casino in the US.

Use to go here alot before covid and loved it. Went a couple times after reopening and machines way tight. Now no smoking at all on casino floor. Won't be returning and neither will our friends.

Enjoyed T.I. before covid. We have gone 2 times since December and only feed the machines. Hardly any bonuses and line hits are minimal. Poor cleaning on the machines as well.

Went to Biloxi Mississippi and played slots. It was clean and had fun with slots the way T.I. was before covid.

We will not be back for a long time. Hard to have a good time when you don't hit anything.

Don't waste your time and money.
