A little run down, the price for 1 ride was pricey. Did enjoy the ride would be expensive if you went with a family

We paid for a full day ticket to all of the attractions and when we got there the free fall was closed due to wind (there was a very mild breeze at best. The line for the alpine slides was almost an hour wait as they were letting six empty chair lifts go between people, when you went down the slide people were stopping in the middle of it making it impossible for the other riders to enjoy their ride, the slow slide literally had people getting stuck on it toward the end to a point where they had to walk down. The water slides were the same thing, people were standing up in the middle of the water slide getting off of their tubes and ruining others experiences. It was no enjoyable.

We had our sons birthday party here and it was great! Friendly staff, super easy to book, nice little present for the birthday boy and cupcakes for all. We were able to bring food in as well which was awesome! The only downfall was that the changing rooms/restrooms were a disaster by the end of the day. We would absolutely go back though!

The park has always been a favorite, but the waiting time's for the Alpine Slides and go-karts is unfortunate. IF your nervous about covid, do NOT go. Park staff all masked...parents and kids, not so much, Too many people and no 6ft distance stuff so don't go if your scared...just going to be disappointed. IF you just wanna go have fun and forget about covid for the day (or 3 like we did) by all means go....take the kids, enjoy, picnic and live :)

The alpine slide is a lot of fun, but the long lines and lack of social distancing by the guests left me disappointed. I do not blame the park or the staff for the disrespectful behavior of the guests. I am saddened that parents did not set better examples of social behavior for their children, and that so few people were wearing masks. The staff typically wore masks, and the staff who are controlling the attractions cannot be expected to also police the lines. Maybe a few more staff are needed. Or alternative arrangements for the waiting lines to improve the guest's willingness to maintain distance. The tents are a great idea, and keeps un-related groups of guests reasonably separated. Groups can do as they like within their own tents, but should be expected to adhere to public guidelines when in waiting lines or on attractions. Due to the large crowd and the long wait times, I was only able to enjoy the alpine slide twice, and the go-karts once during our 5 hour visit. To decrease time in line, I recommend a digital waiting system using paging or texting technology so that guests can wait in the comfort and separation of their tents, and then arrive at the attraction with only a brief wait remaining. We may try to come back in the winter for some skiing, but with the same expectations for our fellow guests. I hope that the experience will be different.
