My friend and I are older ladies, and had some trepidation. But the young men who taught us and guided us were terrific! This is such a fun way to enjoy nature. I will recommend it to all of my friends and family!!

I will first say that this is a fun family outing to do! we had fun riding the segways, on the trails over to Stillwater by the lift bridge. whats disappointing is that we stopped at the lift bridge for about 20-25 minutes in not sure what we were suppose to do, and then on top of that we were done 30 minutes before are 2 hour tour so in essence I paid for a 2 hour tour but it only lasted an hour! so that was very disappointing because we were enjoying ourselves only to be shorted almost an hour.

We took a segway tour on the Brown Creek trail. It was beautiful (can't wait to come back and do it when the fall colors are peak). Our leader was Ross. He was very knowledgeable and fun. He kept us entertained along the way. He talked a lot about the area and sights we were seeing. He took breaks to let our feet rest. It was a very nice tour and I would recommend to anyone. I will do this again when we come back. Thank you Ross - we really appreciate the fun afternoon.

Tony did a great job keeping us safe. We had a group of 5, including 3 teenagers, ages 15 to 18, who initially thought this would be lame because they have been on hover boards. Well, they had a blast! The food sample stops at the Port House, Tilted Tiki Bar, and Candyland were awesome, and Stillwater is just so beautiful! I would highly recommend this tour!

The owner took my reservation and my first impression was set. She was friendly and professional. The tour guides were impressive. They provided training and safe guidance throughout the tour. We rode through Browns Creek Trail, stopping for mini history bites, through beautiful woods, on down to the town. Once there, we parked and experienced the taste part of “Taste of Stillwater.” The restaurants were expecting us and the food was proportioned just right. We had plenty of time at three stops. Then we headed back along the trail. Highly recommended. Will do it again.

I hesitate to ever leave a bad review because I realize this is someone's livelihood.
I tried to work out a solution but they refused to even answer my emails.
My daughter and I signed up for a tour on a Saturday in August. We were initially told the wrong place to meet. Not a big deal because the tour guide called in plenty of time to tell us the correct location. When he called I told him my daughter has special needs (learning disability) and asked if we could come early to try out the machines.
We arrived about 20 minutes ahead of time. The guide was very young but he did a decent job explaining how to use the segway, answered our questions and allowed us plenty of time to practice. Even after 15 mintues of practicing, my daughter told me there was no way she could go as she did not feel comfortable or safe. I told the guide we were not going to take the tour and we left before it even began.
When we got home I emailed the company and asked if we could have a partial refund. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. A couple weeks later I emailed again. I said that I wanted to be fair. It was not their fault that she didn't feel safe but could they please meet us halfway and refund half the fee? (total charge was $140 - pretty steep!) I thought it was reasonable to ask for half a refund. Had they responded and said no, I would have let it go at that. BUT THEY DIDN"T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO respond to my email.
This company is unprofessional and very rude. They do not care about you or your satisfaction. Stay away.

If you have never rode a segway you have got to do it! The young man who led us on our trip to Stillwater was fun to be with and patient with our new riders. A good company to ride with!

Took my grandchildren on the 2 hour tour of Brown's Creek Park into Stillwater. The equipment was great. We all enjoyed our time and our leader, Graham, was wonderful and an excellent Instructor. Highly recommend.

This was a great highlight to our brief stay in the Minneapolis area.
Only a thirty minute, relaxing, uninterrupted drive to a pastoral setting, rendezvous with a hospitable host and 6 other friends we had not met yet set the stage for a delightful diversion.
