We hike the trail with 3 kids from the lighthouse in winter. Wonderful views, so quiet and peaceful. Lots of history about how families lived, good for kids to appreciate.

Great humour by Dale, the tour leader. Excellent knowlege of the history and social aspects of the light house keepers over time. This site is well kept by the State Government and it provided a window into a much tougher time in the States history....More

I am a real lighthouse buff so I need no encouragement to make a beeline here every visit. I love this place; the little shop and the cottages you can rent. Very romantic spot. Terrific views and little walks nearby. The guides are excellent.

The lighthouse visitor Centre is only open Thursday to Sunday but it didn't stop our party going there and looking around.

An informative guided tour and a bit of exercise climbing the lighthouse stairs. Amazing views and a moment to reflect on the mariners who lost their lives in the dangerous waters below.

Really enjoyed this place. The location, the history and the walk down to the original home of the keeper were all fascinating. The guide was really helpful and knowledgeable. The cafe next door was also lovely to eat at.
