In the heart of the Cote des Bar... From 35km from Troyes, we invite you to visit this authentic and prestigious setting and to enjoy tasting Devaux Champagnes. An oenological stop over... Drop-by unannounced and learn about the Champagne Appellation and the Champagne making process, followed by a tasting at 5 € TTC by the glass (free for any Champagne purchase) all from within the beautiful, historic surrounding of 17th and 18th sites. We offer: • Champagne tasting workshops • cocktail parties • and seminars on request. This summer enjoy our new 4 tasting workshops and our relaxing time around a picnic or a bottle of champagne. We will be delighted to welcome you, advise you about our champagnes and range of wines from other regions as well as offer you unique gift ideas. I highly recommend to visit this chateau when you are visiting the area. The grounds are beautiful and you can sit outside and enjoy a glass of champagne and the views of the river. We did not do the tasting as it was still early in the day and we had to drive but did purchase a bottle in the reasonably priced shop as appreciation of the friendly reception.

This is an incredibly beautiful Champagne House. We had a Champagne and Cheese tasting which was really a lot of fun. The Champagne of course was delicious and tasting it with 4 different cheeses was especially nice. We also got a chocolate sampling with the Champagne.
Staff is very gracious and helpful. I would very highly recommend this. The facility sits at the edge of the Seine river, so the surroundings are quite pretty. Very classy!

A beautiful property with well renovated buildings. Very eager , happy helpful staff to point you along a great little tour. Very simply but cleverly put together, you will learn a great deal about Champagne. The Dove House is good idea. Tasting was a joy. Well presented and informed details about each wine, region, process etc. helps you to decide which way to go. They are generous with their tasting and will help you select which one is for you. And....to top it all off., the wines are excellent. We left with a number, and glasses supplied to drink it from. a shame I don't think these wines are available in Australia!

This extremely beautiful Champagne house sits right on the River Seine about a 45 minute drive from Epernay. Gorgeous grounds and interior. We were served by a lovely young lady, sort of a personal tasting since no one else was there, which is always special. They have a wide variety of delicious Champagnes. We spent time touring the grounds as well as chatting with the hostess.
We bought several bottles and some glasses. You won't want to miss this one if you are in the area.
Highly recommended.

What a fun visit. After a quick self-guided tour of the grounds, you taste three different selections (for free) in the ultra modern and swanky tasting room/boutique. The Champagnes were all excellent and relatively affordably prices — and a reminder that not everything has to say Moet or Veuve or the like to be excellent.

I visited here in 2012 when it was 38 degrees. This time it was only 31 degrees but the air conditioned sales area in the beautiful chateau is unbelievably welcoming. The tasting is free and the champagne is good value.
I’m not pretentious about champagne but it’s always nice to buy a few bottles from here and have one now and again that reminds me of a lovely journey, air conditioned chateaus and wonderful France.

We booked a private guided tour on the grounds and received a very well explained view of the history of the Maison Devaux and it’s rich history.
After the tour, we could taste the collection D of definitely higher end champagnes in a private room. Taking our time to taste and feel the vibrant pallet of each of the 5 unique bottles.
Excellent guide, we will certainly be back.

What a spectactulair area they have. The nice ancient villa with the greenhouse beside is incredible pretty! A tour wasn't possible sadly, but their alternative is worth going to them! They show you by pictures and attributes how the winery works. Pretty nice! The champagnes are a bit more pricely than other champagne houses in the area.

We visited for a champagne tasting as part of the champagne route. By far the best champagne house we visited. They were very welcoming and had a table with kids puzzles and colouring so they were entertained while we got to listen and learn about the champagne and taste. Lovely experience. The building and grounds are Stunning. We enjoyed the garden and the greenhouse museum and bought champagne.
