It’s not very affordable for what you get, in my opinion. Especially for a family of 4 to go. I just really wish it was a more reasonable price. I think the price went up again this year. $17 each I believe? You also must pay extra for many things, slide, hayride, feeding birds, pumpkin shooter, pony rides.. so bring your wallet. It’s now in a much bigger location - but kind of like SSDS.. same “stuff,” different spot... the same stuff spread way out on many acres. They are boasting that the new location is 3 times as big, which it is- but there wasn’t anything new- except maybe pig races? And a rickety and broken obstacle course. It’s just kinda “meh” for me personally, although the kids (9 and 11) really liked the big jumping pads and giant corn pit. The zip line was also fun.

Severs is a tradition we do every year, they recently moved locations to a bigger piece of land. I felt kind of bad for the animals, some of which looked cold and fatigued. Also, at least $100 dollar day if you’re paying for 4 people. To feed the animals is $2, to go on the slide it’s $2, to shoot pumpkins and ride the tractor it costs $, to feed parakeets it’s $2, $5 to ride ponies or ride a camel, buying pumpkins, things add up quickly. $17 just to get in, plus food/drinks. The maze was big, but we left early because we were cold. Pros:Very child friendly. The corn pits are always the highlight, as well as little zip lines for kids. Animals, live music, different food vendors Cons: could have more for adults to do. For the price of getting in, they should let you bring a pumpkin home. Kind of pricey

It was nice day to visit Sever’s. Go early as the crowds and traffic get unbearable. Corn maze was a lot of fun with the different check points. Animals were fun to see and feed. Good was okay. Fun to jump in the corn.

I live in Shakopee and I had never been here until this year. I had always wondered what the big deal was... Now I know! We thought we'd go and spend a couple of hours here... NOPE, 6 hours later... we left with pumpkins, apples and memories of a good ol' time. We went with our nieces and nephews. Ages ranging from 2 to 8. They all had a blast. The corn pit was a huge hit. They have one pit that is just full of corn. The other pit is also full of corn, but has a slide, swings, and monkey bars. The kids spent at least an hour in the corn pits. They have entertainment throughout the day. You can purchase a bucket of pumpkins and launch them at an old truck. They have a tent of parakeets, where you WILL have birds land on you.. that was another favorite of our group. Animals to pet such as Kangaroos, cows, llamas, pigs etc.. And obviously a corn maze... which we never even made it too. Fun little outing to do in the fall with family, friends, or your significant other.

Great place to spend a fall day. The corn maze changes up annually and has an A-Z sequence to complete. Each letter tells you a fact about the subject of the maze. For 2019, it's dinosaurs. There are also bounce mats, two giant corn pits, live music, animals, a mini maze for small children, an obstacle course, and concessions that include coffee, snacks, food for meals, beer and wine for the parents.... There's also a tv available Sundays to check in on the NFL and additional activities that cost extra. Great for all ages.
