Muscular discomforts are addressed and course of action agreed upon towards aiding in the relief to helping loosen stiff and achy muscles. . The shop displays a various arrangement of gifts and home decor including mango wood vases, decorative carved soap, flameless/LED wax candles and votives, salt lamps, and more. The shop will soon carry proprietary spa bath salts and body scrubs. . We have gift ideas for weddings, birthdays, holidays and special occasions including graduation, anniversary, Valentines, sweetest day... .

Absolutely one of the best full body massages I've ever had (and I've had many); Teresa is amazing! So many extras that made it that much more relaxing and comfortable: warm rolled towel under neck, warm towels wrapped around arms and legs after they were massaged, warm socks for feet, thick and cozy sheets. I was in town with my husband for a week-long Mayo Clinic visit and was pretty stressed out; I left the spa feeling better than I had in months!

I've been using massage therapy a lot in the past year, largely because of some back problems (including a surgery for the lower back) and because of a lot of travel for work. I was very happy to find this place for hot stone massage therapy. The owner trained in Thailand, and the hot stones are used as a part of the therapy for the whole body (unlike some spas in the U.S.). Thanks for the great experience.

Enjoyed thoroughly a massage at Tender Touch where the therapist had some new approaches for me to get at deep tensions without lots of pain. Highly recommend this place.

I arrived in Rochester with upper back/rhomboids in spasm and decided that deep tissue massage was the answer. It’s usually the answer to everything. A quick google search drew me to Tender Touch massage and I managed to get a same day appointment. This is a small, out of the way salon, but very clean and welcoming. And let me assure you - the deep tissue massage was first rate. The therapist ( I think there is only one and I’m afraid I’ve forgotten her name) is talented and applies some pretty powerful pressure! She sent those knots packing! I’m going for a follow up because it usually takes me two sessions to get rid of them all for awhile. Her rates are very reasonable for such a professional massage.
