The Rochester trolley stopped here during a HS reunion tour and allowed us to get off the trolley and walk around the Memorial. Very impressive and has been visited by several Presidents and Congress people.

Visited the memorial with a group of fellow Vietnam-era friends and was pleased to see the tasteful way the memorial is set up.

I often walk by here on my daily morning stroll. A very nice memorial. The group that put this together knew what they were doing. I love this place. Now if only Rochester had its own Law Enforcement memorial too!

Since the upgrade of the Soldiers Field Veteran's Memorial the entire park/area has followed suit for positive changes and community interface. It simply brings pride to your heart when you see familiar names of souls that have fought and given their lives for our freedom here in the USA. The events/activities - Veterans based or not - that bring the... More

This is a wonderful memorial to those who have fought in wars involving the USA. The dark gray granite walls have been inscribed with all sorts of scenes of battles. Look for the tiny camels from the Gulf War. The residents of Rochester should be very proud of this extraordinary Veterans Memorial.

Very reminiscent of the Vietnam Memorial in Washing, DC. Easy access and parking lot just a few feet away. Easy access.

This is a "Must See," and one of the most beautiful Veteran's Memorials in the whole United States. It was designed by selling pavers to pay for the memorial and continues to be a work of art in progress. It is Rochester's way of saying "Thank You for Your Service" to all Veteran's! It is located in one of Rochester's... More

The people who planned this memorial certainly gave to all viewers a marvelous look of history and remembrance of those who have given military service.

The hotel my husband and I were staying in was just a few blocks away so we walked to check out the memorial. It's truly beautiful and humbling. We even decided to walk back and night and it's just as beautiful.
