Well cared for tails and lost of difficulty options. Nice spots to sit and we'll cared for. All trails are paved which was a nice change for how steep some parts arr

What a find. Huge park maintained by the City. Great hiking/walking/driving access. The Falls are very picturesque and well worth the visit. Even a cute little "zoo" with a couple buffalo! Dog an I had great time. Camping is also available.

Ramsey Falls was amazing! We attempted to walk the paths around 7:30am but were attacked by mosquitos right away. After returning armed with OFF the experience took on a different turn. Walking paths, suspended bridges and off the beaten path trails were fun to explorer. I would definitely recommend this place for beginners or experienced hikers.

This park is in the center of Redwood Falls. What a surprise after traveling miles through corn fields. The park is extremely well maintained and offers a campground, zoo, walking & biking paths, the river - bring your kayak, and of course, the falls. There are some beautiful shelter houses built by the WPA in 1940 for picnics. If visiting... More

I enjoyed watching the waterfalls after a heavy rain, looking at bison, elk, deer, peacocks, ducks, geese, sheep, goats, prairie dogs, etc.. There is a large campground and lots of playground equipment for children.

We really enjoyed camping at this park. There are a lot of hiking trails, some are completely paved and some are not. There is some beautiful spots for family pictures too. The only thing that could make it a little better were if the campsites were not quite as close together.

My husband I visited here over the weekend. It was fairly quiet which was a lovely change from say visiting the north shore or Minnehaha falls. There are two waterfalls, Redwood Falls and also Ramsey Falls. Redwood falls is also a dam so depending upon Water levels probably impacts the rate. A lovely view of Redwood Falls from the bridge... What an amazing park within the city! Have driven through town numerous times before & never stopped. Surreal for being so close to the highway. Falls were pretty. Dammed area of river was very impressive. Nice layout of paved walking trails to get some exercise. Beware of a few short but very steep areas. Trails nicely marked along the way.

Ramsey Park is a well kept place to hike, picnic, camp, bike, rollerblade or run. The trails are always in good condition and it is very scenic and peaceful. If you are looking for a serene spot to have lunch or picnic, this is the spot! There are two different parks, a ball field, camping spots, bathrooms and a shelter... More
