It was ok. The lazy river is small. The slides were ok. The deep pool is connected with the toddler splash area and is very dangerous. Several kids wandered over there and couldn't touch. I had to save a little girl twice!!! No lifeguard in sight! We had to leave the pool until it was hotel guests only. Then it... More

The Great Serengeti waterpark has a smallish, zero-entrance pool that is great for young children. It slowly gets to about three feet deep so my one year old was able to play in shallow water. She loved the water sprayers and the small waterslide. There are some large African animals in this area which she loved. My six year old... More

The thing that bothers me about this waterpark is the lack of lifeguards. Or maybe we shouldn't expect that they supply them. Then it should be posted none on duty. We were here for hours and all that time there was maybe one or two in attendance. and attendance I mean they were there but not paying attention to the... More

My husband and I went here for his birthday, to get away from home and to enjoy the hot tub mostly. However, the hot wasn't hot, and the rest of the water park was cold too. Told management and they said the boiler must have shut down and that it will be back up in a short time. We only... More

Admission was included with our room so we had the grandchildren over for the afternoon that had a great time and did not want to leave the area, was a little warmer than I would like but I adjusted to it great area to let the little ones play and wear them out. Everyone must have a wrist band and... More

Fun little waterparks, great for small kids. However was overcrowded when we were there. Suggest mgmt restrict usage to hotel guests only. Needs more oversight. Lots of wild kids running everywhere. Small children in hot tub. Beer drinking everywhere. Needs some improvement in cracking down on bad behavior.

For that size hotel, the water park is way too small. Was crowded all day long. Not to mention locals can go in there. Couldn't go on the tube slide because all 12 tubes were taken and people didn't share. Lazy river is about 30 feet all around. Kids area would be fun if you have very young children. My... More

Recently stayed at the Holiday and I was disappointed. No coffee in the lobby or discount on breakfast for Rewards members. Tried to use the microwave in the room, it took 40 to heat up one bowl of pasta. Asked the front desk for a new and they delivered it soon afterwards. Pillows were labeled soft and firm ,but really... More

The water park was ok. Not real big, but done ok. There are two slides and a few other things for young kids to do. Kids over 9 or 10 will get bored pretty quick. The rooms were nice and clean. But when we tried to sleep we found out that there was light over the window on the outside... More
