They had done a great job restoring the house and sharing the history of the Lind family. Excellent guide. Well worth the time and tiny admission fee.

We attended a graduation open house in the Lind house. It was beautifully restored and decorated and a perfect place for the open house. The historic display on the second floor was interesting too. It would be the perfect venue for a small wedding.

The Lind House is a very nice older home that goes back over a century. John Lind was the only Governor of Minnesota who came from New Ulm. The house is open to visitors during working hours and you can stop for a peek but I do not think there are any tours. The local United Way keeps its offices... More
