We took our twin granddaughters here for their third birthday. There were 7 in our group. The twins loved the games and activities. The parents and grandparents enjoyed it also. It is loud and colorful and non-stop action... exactly as it should be for youngsters. We were surprised the food was quite good. Good burgers, good fries, really good pizza and spicy wings. We thought the service was good: helpful and friendly staff. We'll definitely bring the girls back here again and again.

The regional manager gave some of the worst customer service I have been aprat of. I usually don't do reviews but wanted to warn others but based on reviews this is something the company knows about but still does not care to do anything about. Look at the reviews before you waste your time here. I had an expired ticket and I owned that fact that is my fault completely. However the portion I paid was redeemable for the same amount I paid. I asked if they could at least convert it to points rather than making me spend another $150 for this birthday party for my kids that is already set up and they said no. You must use it on the all day anything pass only, you can't just buy points which my understanding is what I paid for with cash I could redeem anyway I wanted. They refused to work with me in anyway and the manager was out of town until next week so nothing they could do for the party tomorrow. I am still shocked they would not do a thing for me. It would not cost them anything at all to simply apply my money I spent to another line for them!!!

Went here just for the axe throwing with a party of 6 (1 teenager and 5 adults) with ages from 13 to 74. None of us had done this before. Reservations are a must. The axe throwing cages are well secured and locked unless being used. An attendant is always present inside the caged area. Each person must sign a waiver and watch a short video prior to throwing. The attendant gave instructions including a throwing demonstration and organized game competitions among our group. Food and drink can be ordered and is served inside the caged area. There are tables and chairs inside the caged area as well. This facility is an entertainment center featuring activities ranging from bowling, arcade games, mini golf, trampolines, etc. in addition to axe throwing. Parties can be held here. We did not participate in any other activity other than axe throwing so my comments are limited to that experience. Axe throwing was fun for everyone in our party. It becomes very competitive and can become intense. All of us said they definitely will do this again. It was a great experience for our family.

Teenagers running the place; poor service and bad food. Kids like it okay, but there are better places to take them. Not worth the money, go somewhere else.

Terrible experience with a group of young teen boys. Rude staff and almost all the games didn't work and their "system was down" for everything we paid for (i.e wrist band) to throw axes, etc. so we spent $400 to play ski ball (which only one worked) and to climb on the ropes course.
