I went to a subscription concert for the Minnesota Orchestra. (Disclaimer; My husband is also a symphony musician so I went to see some of his acquaintances play.) This is a first class orchestra and the hall is very beautiful. You feel quite close to...More

I don't think there is a bad seat in the place! We ended up with seats in the back row balcony and the show was spectacular. Acoustics were great and the musicians heart and sould could still be felt. Bathrooms were clean and a good...More

The Minnesota Orchestra is truly world class, and their conductor Osmo Vanska is one of the most interesting interpreters on the scene today. Not to be missed!

I have attended the MN Orchestra over the years, in the old building and now the new. The event we attended was very similar to the Pixar films and music a few years ago. The orchestra plays the composed music from the film and presents...More

The Grammy winning Minnesota Orchestra is one of the true gems of the Twin Cities. The director, Osmo Vänskä, has made a really excellent ensemble into a world class orchestra. He brings out aspects of the music that other conductors simply miss, and he has...More

We really enjoyed our time at the Minnesota Orchestra. It is a beautiful venue. Go early sometimes they have local beer brewers and you can sample their beers. Also take advantage of the happy hour prices.

Saw 'Russian Nights' performance on Friday, February 17th. The venue is well worth seeing and, on this particular evening, the show was a great value. Encore piano performance of Rachmaninoff by Behzod Abduraimov. He is truly talented.

Went to see Vocal Essence Underground Railroad and it was wonderful. The first half was a tad slow for me but the second half was amazing. I used to sign spirituals in Jr. High and some of this brought me back home. The hall was...More

I am not sure. When I went to the orchestra, I sat in the balcony. Not sure what the sight lines will be. My guess is that the screen will be above the orchestra so you should be okay.
