The place has very poor entrances and exits. It takes 20 minutes to get in if there’s a crowd. It is fully air-conditioned and some parts. The prices at the concessions are outrageous. They won seven dollars for a bottle of water and $14 for a beer. I was not impressed with the building and I’ve been a much better venues than this. I guess if you want to go here for a particular event expect to overpay for everything and just come early.

We attended the first Iowa game of the Big Ten women!s tournament. E Perone knew I. Can e that this was going to be a complete sellout. Tip-off was 5:40. We arrive at the Arena at 5:10 and did not get to our seats until 6:64, 6 minutes into the game. In between, we walked the entire skywalk system in Minneapolis, a did the entire crowd. No explanation was provided. It kept me from buying more tickets and returning. Can!t believe that they had never had a sell-out before and did t know how to deal with the crowds.

I've only been to the Target Center twice both times to see concerts. The two concerts were probably 10 years apart. 10 years ago I had a nosebleed seats, not good. This time I was in section 131 near the bottom, which turned out to be really nice seats. I saw the Dead and Company and had a great view of the stage and Jumbotrons. Do your drinking before you get there because beer is like $12.

I do like the fact that this arena is larger and the seating is better than most. I did not feel cramped in the seats and it's easy to get to with lots of parking and public transportation. I like the fact that you can park in one of the garages and use the skywalk. As for the concert, the sound was perfect and the seating in section 131 gave us a great view.

We came for a Lynx game. It was a great game and there were tons of food options (although the brat was just ok...). My only complaint is the temperature. It was a hot day, but it was steamy inside. We were uncomfortably hot throughout the game. The seats are also a little tight, but better than X-cel center! Bathrooms were plentiful without long waits.

Three of us went to the game and had seats in the Treasure Island Club seats.
The arena looks much better after the Reno. The TI club section is outstanding. Complimentary wine, beer, soft drinks, desert, candy, popcorn, and a rather delicious buffet. Good offering of wings, sliders, hot dogs, salads , meatloaf, mashed potatoes ,and deserts.
Also included is servers coming to your seats to replenish your drinks. What more could you ask for. The sight lines were good as were the new viewing screens.
The food is removed at the half but beverages are still available.
The experience was outstanding as was the complimentary t- shirt that everyone received.

This is the home of the Minnesota Timberwolves and last night, it hosted the exhibition games of retired Us tennis masters. It is huge and seating plannis well done as you will be able to see the games in different angles. Although seats are hard and the food and drinks being sold are quite expensive, still a sight to behold....enjoy!!!

Went to the Target Center for a concert. It's conveniently located downtown near bars and restaurants (there's a restaurant & bar connected to the building that was packed before the show). Also within close proximity to the Warehouse District/Downtown lightrail station--not even a block away, so it was easy to walk from the station to the Target Center. The concert was sold out and the lobby couldn't hold all of the people lined up to get into the seating area. I was one of the first in line but not everyone was so lucky (I heard a lot of grumbling behind me about the whole ordeal). The staff were friendly and helpful. Got my ticket scanned right away and was good to go. I wasn't having trouble finding my floor seat, but an usher wanted to help me anyway. She looked kind of bored, so I humored her and pretended to be lost (ha). For those afraid of heights: the nosebleed sections are waaaaaay high up. Choose a lower seat if possible. I had nachos and a non-alcoholic drink for $11 from one of the concession stands. Nearby restaurants are probably cheaper, but it was convenient. The acoustics were good, the security guards monitored the super-drunks, and the band, Fleetwood Mac, was like heaven on my eardrums. I would go to the Target Center again for a concert.
