This trolley ride is informative and fun. Volunteers tell the history of the trolleycars in Minneapolis as we rode the rails. The cars are very authentic looking and well maintained. The track runs close to Lake Harriet, a great downtown location. Having out of town...More

This train only runs from Lake Harriet to Lake Calhoun during the warmer months. I think that this is worth the small donation required.

And that's the only reason to go; they love it. For us old fogies, not a big deal. The price is right.

They go all out to decorate this little gem. The conductor tells a spooky story and even the tunnels are decorated. It is family friendly though - even for the little ones. We made this a family tradition for many years.

There is something charming about a street car and my two year old nephew was impressed. My city feels small and sweet when there is someone acting as a crossing guard for a restored trolley.

For $2 you can ride back in history. The streetcar has been beautifully restored, even the ads from the 1930s. The volunteer conductors share some information, every conductor is different. I would have liked a longer ride but it was just right for my 4...More
