Went with a friend for a first-time session and found it to be very relaxing. Nice alternative to spa time. I found myself nodding off. Loved the smell of the salt and the soothing pink glow in the cave.

I had been suffering from congestion for months. A friend told me about the salt cave and I decided to give it a try. First off, the design and ambience are incredible. Now here's the kicker: within 10 minutes my congestion had cleared and after two visits I had no more symptoms! This is an incredible service. I was skeptical... More

I had my first salt cave session today along with three friends. For three of us it was our first time. The first friend to arrive just before 11am found the door locked even though the store hours indicate that they are open at 10 AM. I arrived shortly after her just as the doors were being unlocked. The guy... More

I just returned from my first of what will be many visits to the The Salt Cave. I loved the soft pink glow of the salt blocks lit from behind. The rushing sound of crashing ocean waves, the zero-gravity lounge chair and the soft salty air all added to one of the deepest meditation sessions I have had in years.... More

For the last couple of years, I have been actively working on reducing my overall stress level through meditation, and other common stress reduction tools. The Salt Cave is a great experience if you are looking to reduce stress. So far, I have had five sessions, and I am seeing signs of aging disappear in my skin, feel an improvement... More

Read up on the benefits of salt therapy, for me it's a unique place to bring my friends from out of town. The design of the two therapy rooms is cutting edge and makes... More

July 15, 2015. It was my first experience at the Salt Cave. My friend and I had an appointment for 10am. The doors were locked and the building dark at 10am. We were concerned that maybe we had gotten the wrong date and time. So I checked the reminder email that was sent to me and we were there at... More

Suffering from allergies I decided to give the Salt Cave a try. Don't expect to bring a book or your iPad to give you something to do while you inhale the warm salty air--that is a no no! All you have to do is sit back, relax and breathe! It not only helps to relieve sinus pressure/issues but allows you... More

Have been here several times over the past 9 months or so. Every visit has been great. Sometimes I go more for the meditative and relaxation benefits, sometimes I go more for respiratory benefits. Over the past month or so I've had stuffy sinuses - not sure if it's allergies - so went today and had great results. I'm much... More

I decided to try the salt cave because I have chronic sinus disease and was looking at another surgery. I was referred to them from a friend who thought it was an amazing remedy. Well I did not have a similar experience. 1st of all it is expensive. Insurance does not cover it. I went in with high hopes. Followed... More
