If you don't want to go outside in the cold, definitely use the Skyway. The stores are not all open on Sunday. There are many options for shopping and to use the Skyway to ge to your destinaton.

This is a terrific system for walking around the city, especially during inclement weather. Reminds me of the Skyway system in Winnipeg Canada, which is fabulous during the brittle cold, snowy winters.
