Nice Park

Came over after the sculpture park. Was a nice park to walk around in, I can see why the Pride festival is usually over here, lots of room.

Loring Park is an inviting place to walk around or stroll into the center of downtown Minneapolis. It hosts many festivals throughout the year. Lots of great restaurants in the area to explore.

I always enjoy my time at Loring Park. Either on a long dog walk, or having a meal at one of many excellent restaurants located along the route. There are many nice buildings surrounding the park, which make for visual pleasure and good vibe. I most often take a walk in Central Park in NYC on the weekends, and Loring... More

Very nice park, i have seen the place both in fall and after 1 snow in my trips to Minneapolis and i am not at all disappointed with the time i spent there. This time after the 1 snow the whole park was covered in a thin white blanket and the dried maple is just an awesome contrast in the... More

One of the oldest parks in Minneapolis. Beautifully groomed, maintained and updated where necessary. There's a great little dog park over near Minneapolis Community and Technical College on the north side of the park. Make sure you stop by the large "wheel" flower garden on the north side of the larger lake. Coffee shop along the South Edge and multiple... More

Very relaxing, well keep. Tennis courts, places to sit around the pond to just relax and read a good book.

We live just off the park and routinely walk around/through it. The gardens aree well kept by volunteers and the park clean. We can walk downtown via the park and use the greenway connecting Loring Park and Nicollet ave, also a well kept area that provices an easy route for us. After dark however, things have changed. With the major... More

Great spot for pictures and a nice relaxing day at the park. Plenty of space and close to restaurants. Perfect place for a first date during the late afternoon! Lots of squirrels and birds to watch and photograph!
