Went to the mall as Sports Authority was advertised on the outside of the building. But nowhere to be found! Lots of other stores though with big name brand stuff. The skywalk is great to get around but good luck finding a directory for where you are going.

Visited on Sunday, mid-late afternoon, many shops closed. Starbucks closes at 2pm on Sunday!! Macy's is huge, so that's where I spent most of my time. Great selections. Construction in the area detracted from my "mall experience." Will have to go again someday.

This was an easy walk from my hotel for food and shopping. Coolest thing was all the skyway's that run from building to building. Great if there is bad weather, you can get around without going outside.

We didn't spend much time here because the construction was so obscene. I understand that it's a necessary renovation, but it really made the place not worth visiting.

This is called the Big Build. It reminds me of Boston's Big Dig. It is a Big Mess. Wait a few years. Don't bother. Am sure it will be nice. Now sidewalks are blocked. Some restaurants and stores. So much else to see and do.

So many shops and eateries down here that you can spend all day and all night in this part of town. And yes it's connected via the downtown Skyway and Metro stops.

Nicollet Mall has always been the center of downtown, but since areas of the downtown area are being refurbished for the 2018 Super Bowl, it is quite the mess on the mall, even after two years into the project. However, we were able to enjoy lunch at our favorite Panera Bread restaurant at no peril from construction. The city folk... More

Go if you want to eat or shop. In down town and close to the train and bus system. Public restrooms if exploring downtown.

My advise is to NOT Try to drive but park the car. and take a lite rail Blue or Green. And too even the walking within the "mall" (It is really just a street closed off to cars basically. And these days even buses cannot access it. ) > can be trick. I say utilize the skyways for a more... More
