Kids snowboarded, hubby and I took a ski lesson--older buildings, but well kept--enjoyed drinks up on a balcony--kids ate burgers and fries after snowboarding.

It lists four terrain parks. There is only one man made terrain park. It has about four rails. There is one jump with good height, about 10 feet. Good mix of green and blue runs. The blacks are essentially challenging blues.

This is southern Minnesota skiing. My. Kato is a fun place to learn to ski. Instructors do a fine job getting kids and adults going. Food and drinks are a fun way to wrap up the day.
