Great beach. Clean and plenty of chairs/umbrellas. Service to the beach is slow in the Myconian area. Not a party scene at all. More a beach for families. I was astonished by the number of ladies with bikinis on a few sizes too small.

Elia is one of our favorite beaches and we always spend a day there when we visit Mykonos. We generally rent scooters to travel from Mykonos Town, but there are also buses and a small local boat that can take you there. There are several beach clubs along the beach where you can rent a chair and umbrella for about... More

A more laid back beach than the rest. It is cheaper to rent chairs there than the other beaches, but the pricing and people location vary. Sometimes, for the first 3 or 4 rows, you pay 25 euros, sometimes people are made to pay more. Sometimes you are also made to order food/drinks too, but don't look for a menu... More

On a cruise and took a bus to this beach. The chairs and umbrellas are $25 euros for two and worth it. It has a restaurant and they will bring your drinks and food to you. The shore has little pebbles so wear watershoes. The beach has three sections--family, gay and nude friendly.

We spent two very relaxing days at Elia Beach. We liked it so much, we came back for a second day. The umbrella's and lounge beds were a bargain in comparison with the other beaches. You are able to order drinks and lunch by your umbrella and I must say that what we ordered was delicious., The sea was beautiful... More

Although the hotel offered a shuttle, we walked down the hill to find a secluded beach in the middle of paradise. Plenty of outdoor sporting activities available. Swimming in the crystal clear Aegean Sea is incredibly rehabilitating!

$70 to sit at the beach for 2 people over 2 weeks is insane. Rude waiters, lousy food service, overpriced drinks and "reserved loungers" by very greedy waiters have ruined this place. We have been to Elia a dozen times in recent years. We probably (gladly) spend over $100/day at this beach, however, we do not appreciate being forced to... More

Stunning wide curving bay and beach, with gays heading more to the right. Not too party or noisy and far right is very quiet with wide area of sand of you don't want beds. But, a big but, the beds seem to be run but a friendly but very heavily organised bunch who have become more and more difficult in... More

I spent one afternoon at Elia beach and loved it!! Room for both lazing about in or near the water or being active (water sports). Lounge chairs with umbrellas available and priced according to distance from the water. Attentive waiters can get you drinks and food from the nearby restaurant which has a pretty good menu. Public bus access available,... More

Arriving by cruise ship we wanted to select a beach on our own so that we could spend the day. We chose Elia as it seemed popular, accessible, and not too party oriented. It was a good choice. The beach is a long slight crescent with a central restaurant and bar. Although appearing the same there were three distinct areas... More
