It wasn't my kind of park. It seemed more like a city park so if you like a more rustic setting I would by pass this park, unless you want to see where Charles Lindbergh grew up.

This is a smaller state park, but still offers plenty to do. We stopped in to eat in the picnic area and ended up staying longer to hike around and check out the historic sites. The trails are not challenging, which makes it easy to get to the sites (like where Lindbergh landed Jenny, etc.). Be sure to check out... More

We paid a brief detour here on our way through the region. Although we didn’t have time to visit the museum, we enjoyed visiting the place where Charles Lindbergh was brought up. The park and trails are well maintained. Visiting out of the main season meant that we had the pick of the many picnic tables and were able to... More

We stayed in the campground for 2 nights in a motorhome in late July. This is a smaller State Park and campground. As with all the state parks we've camped in, the bathrooms were clean, and the park was well-managed. The campsites were well-spaced with vegetation in between most of them which made them feel quite private. My husband said... More

The park was clean and manicured nicely. My family went geocaching and exploring with many fun surprises along the way made for a great family adventure. We found our treasure as well.

We had an excellent time at this park. There were very few other campers in the campground. The electric sites at parks are normally quite small but here they were just as large as the non electric sites. They have a dump station and drinking water available as well as a place to put your recyclables. It was early in... More

I went here awhile ago, so don't recall it all, but it left a powerful impression on me. about the lives and accomplishments of the Lindberghs. It was fascinating and educational, a great place for the whole family.

Awesome hiking trails, cross-country skiing in the winter. Campsites available. Quiet, family friendly. Mississippi River access. Tour the Boyhood Home of Charles A. Lindbergh, the first person to successfully fly Solo across the Atlantic Ocean, back in 1927! His house and the Interpretive Center are educational and informative. Fun for all ages.

Sites could be a little more private but nice location and quiet. Stayed for two nights in September.
