Having left Wath at 18 I miss the friendliness of the North, this place brings back some great memories of my younger years. Simple but all you need and as a Gin lover couldn't be happier. Simple is often best and this place clearly has...More

Wath tap is a breath of fresh air to the area. Anyone who berates the place has either never visited the place or has some kind of personal vendetta. Good atmosphere and a very friendly place. Excellent drinks and reasonable prices.

i think you may have confused the landlady with a recently barred gobby female customer! 😂😂😂😂😂
Been following the progress of Wath tap for a while and attended the CAMRA pub of the year presentation a couple of weeks ago, great ever changing range of real ale and cider and a good selection of craft keg pours and bottles/cans, excellent atmosphere...More
