This review is really about the beautiful little city park - rather than the Mini Met - in the same area. There is a lovely waterfall/spillway with two ways to access - one is street level, the other is a little downhill path that takes you closer to the waterfall. Across the street is a nice little picnic area (some with pavilions) with a lot of trees/shade. Then there is a lagoon, with a sandy beach and well-marked, roped-off swimming area. Continuing our walk around the lagoon, with a fountain in the middle, there is also a fishing dock and then facilities for ice skating in the wintertime (after all, it's Minnesota!). Back across the street at this location is the back-side of the Mini Met. Further around the lagoon is a really nice little "Veterans Memorial Park" with a refurbished canon and benches to sit and reflect while overlooking the water. I found it to be very peaceful. I could have spent a whole day at this cute little city park - just enjoying nature! I will plan on visiting the Mini Met my next visit!

The Jordan Mini Met has long been known for it's pristine maintenance and nostalgic atmosphere.
The Sand creek that runs beside it on one side, the wonderful original lights, the good old fashioned wooden screened grandstand, the neat fence, the hand-placed scoreboard and the church steeple overlooking the lush green trees that surround, makes this hometown park second to none. It's definitely a step back in time and a draw to many outside of Jordan. A must see!

A really well maintained and nice park to catch a game. Bummed I've lived near it so many years and just went to my first game this season. Will definitely be catching more games next year.

This ball park was host to our state baseball tournament and it is incredible. In strictly baseball terms the infield is superb and there is much character to the playing of the outfield wall. It has authentic dugouts and the seating area is excellent in terms of sightlines. The location of the ballpark is extremely unique and driving across the border bridge to get there is extremely cool. This is truly one of the most unique ballparks you can find and the playing surface is phenomenal.

Love the ballpark, very well maintained and a fantastic atmosphere. Not the run of the mill chain link fences here. Painted wooden fences with character. Great place to watch a ballgame whether you sit in the stand, or pull up a chair or piece of grass on the slope on the side of the field.

I live in Jordan and walk to the mini met daily. It is a charming scenic ball park with a beautiful park and waterfall just a short walk away. Night games are so nice. The mini-met is a must see and try to make a trip early enough to see some other local businesses Pekarna's Meat market is fantastic (Ribs, Ring Bologna & Breakfast sausage favorites) soon to have a local micro brewery opening.

This small town and beautiful ball park is one of the most scenic in the state and the US. The Jordan Brewers as well as other local teams call this their home field. Positioned along Sand Creek this setting is wonderful. Come out and visit this gem.

The Jordan Mini Met is an incredibly picturesque ballpark: an immaculate field surrounded with trees, covered wood stands, a nearby creek, and a concession stand selling inexpensive snacks, beer and beverages. The amateur baseball teams are local, traveling between their various town parks, and the play can be very engaging. If you have not yet experienced Minnesota town ball, this is the place to do it.

Admission to games is minimal (I think season tickets were $15 last year!), and there is ample parking. Great for a family outing in the summer, or a relaxing evening for couples and friends.

Enjoy baseball the way it was meant to be played at the premier town baseball park in Minnesota. From the old time scoreboard to the concession stand to the 7 year old singing Take Me Out To The Ballgame you are guaranteed a true baseball experience.

Great little ball park in downtown Jordan. Make a day of it & visit some antique & gift stores, have lunch at Clancy's, play at the park, fish at the lake and then catch an up close & personal baseball game.
