Overview
More
Jim’s Apple Farm is family owned and operated. The family has lived and conducted business in Scott County dating back to the 1930’s. The retail site at 20430 Johnson Memorial Drive is supported by apple orchards and produce fields in Jordan and Belle Plaine. Jim’s Apple Farm is a family business that has been operating at its current location for 39 years. We are a seasonal business, open Mid-May through November, focusing on candy, apples, fall produce, baked goods, jigsaw puzzles and gift shop items. In addition to our own products, we offer many others that are raised or made locally by our neighbors. Phone Number Not Working.

An authentic tourist trap that actually is what it says it is. The place is huge, packed with candy, puzzles, and ridiculous sculptures and murals. It’s not open in the winter, but spring hits, the place is packed. We live just 30 miles or so...More

We love our journey to Minnesota’s Largest Candy Store. It is definitely over whelming but in a good way. 😉 They have classic candies, candies I have never heard of, candies from my childhood and even ones for the adult taste buds. Only thing missing...More

Definite must see. Touristy and over-done, but it's worth a stop just to people watch and to check out all of the types of candy. They also have a great selection of root beer and Minnesota home-made treats/food. It can be very busy so plan...More

It's big and lots to look at! It can be pretty busy as well. So much candy to look at. It can be time consuming as well. Bring cash as they do not expect cards at least not when I was last there.

The pie filling is not made there. They do not bake with fresh apples from the orchard. The pie filling is bought pre-made in bulk. They do assemble and bake pies on site.

They do have orchards but they are located elsewhere. The big yellow barn is more of a shopping destination now. It is pretty cool, but unless you want to buy things, just looking around is the only activity.
