Premium Sparkling Wines - Enjoy our house-made méthode champenoise and charmat method sparkling wines made from Minnesota-grown grapes. Hard Ciders - We source our apples right here in Minnesota! Served on tap and in the bottle, with seasonal flavors available. House Wines - We understand that not everyone likes bubbles all the time, so our range of House Wines are friendly and approachable, without bubbles. This was a wonderful find! A place to really get excited about. I happen to notice it on Google and we were going to be in the area so we stopped by. So glad we did!
We were there on a very snowy Friday night and I half expected it to have closed early but it was open. It was just us and the owner/winemaker in the place. My wife ordered a flight of sparkling wine and I ordered a glass of dry cider. My wife followed up her flight with a glass of another sparkling wine she wanted to try.
Everything we tried was outstanding! I was amazed with the balance of full flavors, of the tart and sweet...just incredible. From the sparkling wine to the fantastic dry cider, I would never have guessed wine of this quality came from Minnesota.
The space inside is just the right size in a very old building with plenty of character, and there's an outdoor patio as well (though not open this cold, snowy January evening). We also had a really nice chat with the owner. She is such a friendly person who freely spent time with us even though she had other things going on which she was tending to. We can't wait to return to try more of her talents and will be bringing friends and family with us.

This is the best sparkling wine around. We love it here. The wine is great as well as the staff. It's just a quick drive from Mpls with a nice patio to enjoy.

We heard about this place from the B and B where we were staying and it didn't disappoint! Although it's rather small, the sparkling wine is delicious! We made sure to purchase a bottle (reasonably priced) to take home with us.
