This is a hiding gem close of the twin cities. A short easy hike full of wildlife and fall colors. It is open all year and I’m sure each season will show their magic.

Loved the new visitor center. Fun animals to see in the tanks, touch zones, big windows for bird viewing, and other cool stuff happening inside. The trails have been updated. New boardwalks too. Loved seeing all the butterflies along the trails. Great park for families. Great place for wildlife viewing. Even plenty of Pokémon stops to keep those electronically dependent people happy too!

Very nice walking trails just a couple miles or so wonderful for getting close to nature. Even have bridges on the water (floating) you can walk over.

Currently the nature center is closed due to Covid concerns, but the trails are open. Outer Trail is a nice walk through the wooded area, boardwalk and oak savanna.

Great way to spend a few hours. There are many trails to follow and some wonderful views of nature and wildlife. The trails are different lengths so you can customize your walk. Lots of free parking.

Free. Very relaxing set of trails and ponds. Well-maintained and very natural. Charming add-ons like progressive story (for young kids) and glass? outlines of various birds to spot in the trees.

Very nice visitor center. Small , but nice children's play area. GREAT pumpkin carving activity near Halloween. Sure wish I could walk my pup through the trails. Well kept.

It was do fun and its an amazing place to learn and see new things like some reptiles or one time I was there and we saw a real deer while we were outside playing a deer hunting game. So this is my advise to you if you like animals the outdoors and having fun go down to springbrook nature center. The staff are nice.

You might be thinking of a different place. This is a nature center. They don't serve coffee here.
