The North American Bear Center is the only educational facility of its kind - it helps people learn from the bears themselves about bear behavior, ecology, and their relations with humans. There is a huge need for accurate information about bears worldwide and the mission of the non-profit North American Bear Center is to advance the long-term survival of bears worldwide by replacing misconceptions with scientific facts about bears

Wonderful centre with good preliminary talk on the bears they look after. We also used the raised viewing gallery which means you can photograph them without fencing being in the way. It was lovely to learn about their characters and see them play. There are...More

We exited our wet camp site to visit the exhibits and live bear viewing tour. Well done on all accounts. Very informative exhibits, movies to view about bear behavior and much more! Highly recommended.

I would also say at least 2 hours. A lot of interesting information to learn. You definitely want to make sure you watch the bears as well.
