Centennial Lakes is located on a site of a former gravel pit. You'd never know it today. It is conveniently located off of 494 and France. Restaurants and shopping are just above the parking area for the park. The park has various events that go year round. In the summer you can rent a paddle boat, go mini golfing, catch... More

Centennial lakes Park is a wonderful park just a block off France Ave, a busy street in Edina, MN. The stroll around the two lakes is only 1 1/2 miles. It's beautifully landscaped with many native plants. Need a rest, or just want to watch the people walk by and listen to the piped-in music? There are lots of benches... More

This is a great place for us seniors to walk. Beautifully maintained year round. Plenty of places to sit. 1.4 miles around the entire walk. However there are shorter routes also. Clean public restrooms. Shopping and dining nearby.

Centennial Lakes Park is a wonderful place to visit any time of the year. In the winter, there is skating on the frozen ponds. You can warm up in the pavilion and even rent skates there if you don't have you own. In the summer you can walk around the ponds and watch the model sailboats race their craft. There... More

Great place to get a run in .... 5 miles and you don't get bored. You can even get some stair based workouts in.

This is a hidden gem. Great for ages 2 to 82. It is a very well thought out mix of plants, lake, walking paths, and activities. There are also many great shops and restaurants nearby. The great backdrop leads to many great places for photos. This is worth a stop especially if you are in the area.

This is a really neat place to go to relax. We decided to go here one morning and I'm glad we did. There is a nice man made pond to walk around that has lots of seating along the way to sit and relax. There is a mini golf course that looks and feels like a real golf course. You... More

Beautiful place in Edina to take a quick jaunt with coworkers to break up the day. Be mindful of the construction on Penn right now and park accordingly.

This place is amazing. You can walk for several blocks and feel like you are in a big garden. Sculptures abound, there are places to sit and res, and everywhere there is water. When streets need to be crossed, the crosswalks are controlled by big flashing lights that slow down the traffic. Many buildings can be accessed by this back... More
