Even though it was the second week of October, the roses were still beautiful. All the colors of the rainbow were present in the different varities of roses. My wife simply enjoyed these gardens.

You can spend a long time admiring the beautiful garden, the lake / city view and it is also a great place to walk around and enjoy some peace and quiet. Has access to a little beach by Lake Superior that is just gorgeous.

When in Duluth you must stop and smell the roses. We have been there twice and my wife is just in heaven taking pictures and smelling all the different fragrances and textures. Bring your camera.

This was a gorgeous park for an evening walk. Being that it was the end of August, we weren't sure if roses were even in season or not but all of the plants looked and smelled amazing. Nice lake view and walking path.

We use to stop here all the time with our kids when they were younger to take pictures with the amazing back drop of Lake Superior. Oh yeah, and the flowers were very nice too ;)

This rose garden is so pretty and smelled great as you walk through it. The park is on the edge of lake Superior so the scenery is double breath taking.

My husband and I came here to play Pokémon Go and I left with beautiful pictures. I loved it!!! It's a very relaxing place to go if you need to get out of your head for a while.

Very pretty! An amazing variety of colors with park benches, a gazebo and fountain within. Perfect viewing area for the lakeshore too.

It's a park it's open all the time, there is no gate to get in. Although I think they discourage visitors past 10pm.

How is the parking availability here? We're visiting several places in Duluth this week and the park is central to it all. Would be nice to park here, enjoy the park whilst picnicking and then branch out, and not have to drive all over trying to find a space!

There is a parking lot but it is not huge, I was there early in the morning do were plenty of spaces but can see this lot getting full quickly so my advice is to get there early!
