It was a beautiful sunny day and this was a perfect break from an active vacation. The train runs along the lakeshore and then through neighborhoods. Our grandson loved to wave to passersby walking along the lake. The ride is smooth. There is a recorded...More

Hello, Thank you so much for riding our train! We work very hard to make every ride enjoyable and memorable, glad we were successful! Hope you enjoyed the rest of your vacation and hope to see you trackside again soon!

This was cool for the aspect of riding in a working train. However, there is nothing "scenic" about this ride if you're sitting on the wrong side of the train. Sit on the lake side if you go. It also takes the same route down...More

It was fun and a great look/view of the shores of Lake Superior. Very friendly staff! If you are into trains the museum is well worth touring as well.

Thanks so much for the great review! Waving to people from the train is pretty fun. Everyone wishes they were you riding on the rails! Hope to see you again in the future.

This was truly a neat experience that gives you a different point of view of the grand North shore. I recommend this to anyone wanting to do something other than walking around Canal Park.

We were expecting a train ride instead of basically a shuttle to the museum! We brought four of our grandchildren and the museum was boring for them. The story telling did not hold their interest and they ended up just running around the museum. Will...More

What do we do when the train arrives in Two Harbors? Is there eating and shopping near train station. How do we get around 2 harbors? We are senior citizens.

I'm sorry I've not been to the two harbors station, however it's seems to me that there are shops and restaurants right at the station or stop

I recommend the Must See Duluth deal. We got the train, harbor and admission to the aquarium for $34.00.
