The tower and park was a lovely, quiet place to enjoy panoramic views of Duluth's shoreline, especially from the picnic pavillion. The gardens and particularly the Zen garden were beautifully maintained. We could have stayed here for hours. It was one of our favorite stops...More

We almost didn't go here, but boy, I'm glad we did! Lovely Japanese style gardens, and a bell to ring. Then climb to the top of Enger Tower for great views of Duluth! There is also an ground overlook for nice views too.

This is my favorite places in Duluth. The view is incredible and unlike any other in Duluth. The gardens are exquisite, they have added a beautiful new gazebo on the overlook. The restrooms were clean with warm running water. I was every impressed.

What a jewel of a park on top of the hill. Lots of picnic tables and grills. Beautiful plantings. I can see why the gazebo is booked for weddings-what a serene place for that special occasion. And the tower tops it off. Seeing the golf...More

This was one of our first stops on our way up north. Definitely worth the stop. Amazing view of Lake Superior from the top of the tower and a beautiful flower garden.

The walk from the parking lot to the tower is not difficult. There are 5 flights of stairs in the tower with places to rest along the way.
