Our teen enjoys going here frequently with friends. Patrons are decent and although has not had a remodel in awhile (planned for 2020) seems to be well maintained and popular. We opted for the annual pass as it is a good deal if you plan to go more than a few times.

Although available for a couple of years, the Cardio Club at Bunker Beach Water Park was new to me this past summer. What an enjoyable way to get in some exercise! Several days each week the staff opens the lazy river prior to normal opening times to be used by those looking to walk the river. During normal hours the river is used with inner tubes for floating. During Cardio Club we walk in the approximately waist high river, either with the current for a milder workout or against the current for a more vigorous walk. Entrance for this activity was $3 this past 2019 season which ran from mid June to late August. Participants then leave the park prior to standard opening time. I found the water clean, the river challenging, and the park attractive. Music plays through overhead speakers and it varies as to genre. The staff are friendly, but a bit pushy when it comes time to leave, understandably as they need to quickly get prepared for dozens of children and families arriving shortly. wave pol and slides awesome kids had a wonderful time while we floated around on tubes in the lazy river fantastic, I wish i could say the same for the staff and concessions stood in line for nearly a hour waiting to order overpriced under cooked burgers while some delay was due by kids in line letting friends and other family members cut the line with no regard to others in line behind them to the nonsense of the workers in the concession stand i counted 7 staff members just standing around waiting for the cash register person to tell one of them to grab the item ordered which happened to be a candy right in front of the register…

We visited the water park on labor day and was super fun. Kids will love this place! You can easily spend 3-4 hours. 1.The grounds are kept very clean. 2.Lifeguards on duty are were vigilant making sure everyone is following the rules. 3.Staff seemed very friendly and informative. 4.Playzone area for kids is awesome! Wave pool, lazy river and slides were so much fun. 5.Plenty of tubes were available and the entrance fee seemed reasonable. 6.Lines moved very quickly and there was no wait time. 7.Plenty of chairs to relax. 8.Lots of parking spaces available and it is free of charge. Overall, fantastic experience and we will visit the water park again!…
