This was pretty cool, but I think it will even be better once we get more snow! The display goes until end of Winter 2017! The gift shop is huge and has a great selection of great gifts to buy! Most of the displays are outside and there are a couple inside!

The light exhibit is only here through end of December. There are fire pits and s'mores available for purchase for kids. Also full bar for drinks and snacks to buy.

We went in spring and then again in fall. Can't wait to go in winter to see the light gardens. We will become members next time. The most beautiful, relaxing experience! We also came away with a little more knowledge then we went in with! The bee exhibit they are working on is, will be amazing. Good for all of... More

Beautiful scenery and landscaping! Plenty of walking trails, gardens, and photo opportunities! After you're done with that, take the 3-mile drive to see even more beautiful landscapes.

I recently visited the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum in October. I must have timed it perfectly with the changing colours in Minnesota. I walked around half the time with my mouth opened in total amazement of the brilliant colours I was experiencing. My friend and I walked for 4 ½ hours and I took about 200 photos. Definite smiles all day... More

Hadn't been to the arboretum in fall in a while, but it's gorgeous. Felt like a mini vacation. A little spendy at $12 per person, but we did have a great afternoon. Relaxing, nice scenic drive and short walks to beautiful, well labeled trees and bushes.

I visited this place three times, once in early spring, twice in fall. In early spring, the flowers were just planted, the plants were small, there were not any flowers yet. In fall, leaves turned to different colors, and there were lovely pumpkin houses, flowers and gourd. Very beautiful! It is well worth the time and money to visit.

Varied landscape, very different kinds of gardens--all a delight to see and wander through. It's a very big place and you can easily spend hours and hours wandering around here.

We went just for something to do. Haven't been there in 10 years. Wow has the place changed. If you like short hikes, plant identification or bird watching this place is for you. It shows the best of Minnesota outdoors.
