As a major Prince fan since the beginning, I had to see Paisley Park. It is set up very nice - small groups and personal tours. I could have spent more time, but it was not rushed. Our guide was very knowledgeable and answered many...More
I am a fan, and have been since the 80’s... but I am not a FAN so I took the GA tour. As others have noted, you must buy ahead of time, and with fees, it is a $50 ticket, which was surprising. There is...More
Flew from Michigan with family members. Had the VIP tour 3 hours. The outside looks like a industrial building -office complex. Once inside, it is all about Prince. Several studios, wardrobes, instruments, photos, huge sound stage. There is a large room dedicated to just the...More

Julie, I can only speak to my personal experience with this in which they were quite flexible. I was visiting my sister and bought a single tix on the wrong day not realizing the day I wanted to go that paisley park was closed. I called or emailed them and in that instance, they gave me a full refund back to my credit card. I would try to contact them and explain your situation. You might have a shot since tix sell out almost everyday. Hope this helps. Good luck!
I believe that it is. You go in at ground level and I don’t recall any steps at all. It is a very peaceful but emotional place. I hope you love it. I hope you get Tomi as your tour guide. He was amazing.
