Shocking customer service experience needless to say the money you pay should cover a high standard customer service wages. I’m sure people are not getting enough money there as they’re not interested. Also not enough people working there, seriously dangerous. The cave bath inside was dirty, outside sunbeds weren’t available and the place is filthy. The lockers are not giving out as numbered I’m sure the reason is because they let more people in what they allowed. Shame on the management in such a time when covid around and have to be so much more careful. I would really like to have a response from the management I’m so not happy with the experience I have had today. Are you going to do anything about it? Limit the visit? Clean and disinfect the place, maintain and follow covid and general regulations? Please don’t go there until the place won’t get maintained as it not worth the money and the illness you possibly catch in there. I’m now praying that I and my family haven’t caught anything.

Neglected, dirty, lukewarm water, not all of the "experience elements" work. Plus, it's only for a few minutes per hour. So you have to fight for one thing if you want to try it out. The water and pool are also dirty. The slide park only has 1-2 working slides.
At the outdoor pools the tiles are incomplete and sharp, it is easy to get injured. But at least the water is warmer outside than inside.
I couldn’t find an outdoor sunbed that wouldn’t be dirty and broken.
Despite all this, the price is high HUF 6,000 day ticket and a faceless HUF 5,500 ticket for 3 hours. Funny cheeky pricing.
Not recommended in the area there are much better spas!

They had closed the outside water slides but charged full price anyway. Two of the inside slides were also closed and the ones that were open were old and they hurt riding on. Water fountains were turned off, the shallow “feet washing pools” by the pools were empty, The sun beds were old and dirty, bars/restaurants that were open (most closed) were sad. Place felt old, dirty and too many “out of function” signs. I felt I was in a Tarantino movie. The only thing interesting here is the inside tunnel pool but not worth the entrance fee. Maybe if everything would be renewed and functional this could be an ok place but I will never go here again. We went out after an hour, the woman at the desk was not open to the fact that this place has seen better days.

This place is nothing short of a dump. Extremely poorly maintained, half the attractions not working (still charging full price on entry), broken tiles / trip hazards, only two outdoor pools in operation, water is dirty, overpriced, builders working everywhere. It’s the complete opposite of ‘wellness’ and the definition of a spa. The recent reviews are accurate. Avoid like the plague.

We left after half and hour and went to Török Fürdő (Turkish baths in Eger) - these are beautiful baths and exceptionally well maintained and clean. The ticket also gets you entry to the Strand that has many heated outdoor pools. Perfect!

The value for money is not commensurate. I travel relatively often, both locally and abroad, but I don't know if I have EVER experienced such bad service, which is more than outrageous considering we are talking about a 4 star hotel. The reception staff are below critical standards. They are neither helpful nor nice, you don't see a smile from them, but in return you feel bad for even talking to them. What I had arranged verbally as room service for lunch, without question another arrived, then the next day I saw that what I had originally wanted was otherwise listed as a permanent item on the menu. My friend's burger arrived in such a quality that it was sent back without taking a bite. When making a weekend reservation, NOWHERE does it mention that it comes with night swimming next door accompanied by "music" reminiscent of the most awful village fairs, on 500 decibels. For us, this was relatively incompatible with relaxation, so we didn't get to enjoy it on Friday or Saturday, although it was planned. The cleanliness of the rooms and the breakfast buffet are okay, but you can get that for a third of the price almost anywhere else.

Our trip to Cascade Cave Spa was amazing! The spa ( as mentioned ) is in a cave system underground. The water was extremely clean and really hot. There was a giant indoor water slide park for your kids to enjoy. There also was a pretty large outdoor thermal bath with 40c°+ water. The restaurant of Cascadr wasn't very good but I liked it. Me and my family are definitely planning to go back there asap!

Very recent experience, unfortunately a bad one: this morning (Wednesday), before visiting the cave bath, we tried to gather some information regarding the opening hours and the “house rules”, this being our first visit. On the website, the opening hours were 10 AM – 10 PM on weekdays Monday –Thursday, and there was a lot of info regarding the watches they give you at the reception, when you buy your entrance ticket – there’s a 1000 HUF “bail” for the every watch, if you don’t return it when you leave, you lose this amount and so on. What they fail to mention is that if you stay inside passed the opening hours, then you also lose this amount. So we had this big surprise, when at 9.09 PM the lady at the cash register tells us that we cannot have the bail back, because they closed at 9.00, and the cash register is also closed. By the way, there was absolutely not one announcement via loudspeakers/personnel/whatever that it will be closing time in x minutes, absolutely nothing. The cave bath is OK (not 5-star, but OK), but this experience ruined about the whole day for us.

The spa atmosphere is unique and exciting. The network of caves and connecting corridors gives guests a sense of intimacy. The adventure bath section has average equipment. The cave spa includes a domed building with slides. The spa area is large and accommodates many guests. Despite the high prices, the traffic is high.

This rating is a difficult one. On the one side, the place is great. Nicely built, good temperature, good saunas, good thermal baths, good slides.

On the other hand, there are many lows. First, at the desk people are not interested. You pay extra, turns out as a deposit, but no one told us that. It's hard to find a locker. The smell isn't great at all places. Too maby stones are crumbling. The slides outside are a bit dangerous and caused me to bleed. Food was bad.

The cocktail inside the pool was nice, though.
