I grew up going to Buck Hill, so I am a fan. What us great about this place now is the magic carpet. It is like a conveyor belt a skiier can step onto and get a ride up the hill. This way, my small kids do not have to ride a ski lift. You can always get lessons to... More

My friend and I decided to take our 6 year olds out for a little Friday night night tubing. Buck Hill makes it easy for all ages to take advantage of their snow tubing hill. The cost $15 for 2 hours I thought was a great value. They have a conveyor belt system which you stand on as it brings... More

Stopped at the restaurant/bar for some food before hitting the hill, they do not take gift cards for Buck Hill. Food was good with limited menu but the beer was good and cold. The hot drink menu was excellent (Hot Apple Pie was my favorite) Snow was as good as could be for being above 35 degrees at the time... More

Great place to learn sky or just have fun tubing. Food is a little too expensive for an ordinary American food,

We had been there during winter for snow tubing. It was our first time and we really enjoyed doing it. They generate artificial snow. It was a great fun filled 2 hours of adventure sport.

Yes the runs are short but it has a terrain area plus neat area for the beginners. Great place to ski after work if you cant make it to Afton or Welch if you dont mind riding the lift a lot. Of course Lutzen tops all of these for MN skiing. Try the donuts...homemade if I recall...yikes so very good... More

If you want a great fireworks show come here on new years eve. Also they have a haunted attraction here in October that's really fun. Fun staff, clean grounds.
