Need I say more? This lake is packed with panfish. I was able to drop a line into, what seemed like, huge schools of sunnies, small mouth bass and other, good-sized pan fish. Sadly, I didn't spend a lot of time trolling the many drop-offs of this lake, which all seemed packed with fish. Have a depth-finder handy!

We rented a pontoon for our extended family and had a great time. Also, it was fun to fish off the dock and our kids had fun going tubing on Gull Lake!

We were looking for a quiet place without it being too boring for my 4 and 7 year olds. This beach is just that. The sand is so smooth and soft and the beach small so we could keep an eye on them without craning our necks too far out. Having said that, it is too small if you are... More

Lots of things to do on Gull Lake. Boating, skiing, fishing, tanning, pontooning, being lazy. Bring your own equipment or rent at area resorts/businesses. At the end of your excursion, stop on shore to eat at local restaurants.

If you are in Brainerd then this is a must stop. It is THE lake to go fishing and boating. The lake is what brings in the tourists.

Bull is a very large lake, the fishing is very good. There are a few restaurants on the lake that you can boat up to,

Great Fishing Lake Bass, Walleye, Northern Pike, plus pan fish Sun Fish, Crappies, there are all kinds of water sports. Don't like water sports there are go-cart tracks, water slides, miniature golf, or you can go see old Paul Bunyan. There are many resorts to stay, most have there own golf courses which are some of the best rated golf... More

If you want to be seen and socialize this is the lake for you!! There are plenty of places to stop to eat and drink, or you can just cruise around for hours if you want to. After dark be careful, it is a lake with a lot of ins and outs, shallows too! Bring lifejackets, a cooler and sunscreen!... More
