My husband and I visit each time we make the long trek back to his childhood home in Minnesota. Tim’s Aunt Ellen was instrumental in bringing the Japanese garden designer, and she volunteered at the garden until her untimely death from cancer. So it is a special place for us.

This little garden is tucked in on the campus. It is free with a suggested donation. The highlight is thecoi, which are the largest I have ever seen. They sell food to feed the coi, so they follow you around. There is a large hill so it may be difficult if you have a hard
