I was impressed just by the look of it from afar - the big Lego figures on top of the store would just attract anyone to the store. There is also an open area so one can spend time and build some Lego. Very friendly...More

The Lego Imagination Center was truly a great place to visit. All of the exhibits were one of a kind, and left plenty of room for creativity. It was really hard not to buy something in this place. Best of all was watching how much...More

It's Lego. What more can I say? Best "toy" on the planet and the sculptures inside and on top of the store are amazing.

Has not only cool, massive creations, but also things hard to find elsewhere, like all kinds of unusually colored bricks available to put into containers and purchase

What can I say, I'm an old f____, but a kid at heart. I was impressed. The Lego life size figures were fascinating. If you're at the Mall of America with kids, it's a definite stop and even, if you're not, it's worth the stop.

We wanted to build ourselves. We spent 1/2 hr searching and I decided to not do it. They need more female outfits. This is a great concept. So much potential.

I would think an hour would be sufficient if you have a normal kid. If not, two hours should be enough.

Lego Imangination Center - Downtown Disney (3 Replies)
Does anyone know whether the lego imagination Center is reasonably priced (compared to UK prices)? My DS is after the large R2D2 set for his birthday and l wondering whether to wait until we visit WDW. Also, we are staying near Epcot so is it worth the trek to DTD? Thankyou.

It's an official lego store it's the exact same prices you'll find online. We've purchased several items comparably priced with walmart.
