Very interesting, the House was very old but kept up well. Oldest house in Battle Lake. Civil war memorabilia. And artifacts. Wasn’t expecting for them to have all that stuff from the Civil War in Minnesota. History buffs will want to check it out! Thanks

Such a well done preservation of many civil war artifacts! This home is so lovely and it does feel like going back in time. Lots of special events, school tours, etc. continue. It is a. Wonderful place!

On rainy Memorial Day, we visited this museum and were not only educated but entertained. Truly an extraordinary collection of memorabilia, furniture, furnishings, Civil War and otherwise. Well worth a visit.
