I used to love this place. One of the only places to ride go karts around here. I loved it until they didn't put up any signs saying they will refuse a pregnant women to even play mini golf. They seen I was eight months pregnant. Yet they still made me pay for a nearly forty dollar ticket, go outside get into a go kart and after they have me buckle up they come to me and say they are refusing to let me go on anything because I'm pregnant. Why can't I golf? Or ride the bumper boats. They said they weren't allowing me to do anything. My family couldn't bare seeing me just sit there while they had fun so we left. Waisting over a hundred dollars. i signed a waiver. In that waiver said no such thing about pregnant people not being able to ride rides. My waiver I signed made it so it was up to me on what I wanted to ride and what I felt safe doing. We spent over a hundred dollars on my kids going on one ride.

Overall the place is nice but very pricey, $150 for a family of 4. They also need to seriously look at their shoe policy. Some places/rides shoes are required, some they aren’t with no clear indication or separation throughout the facility. I was even scolded for holding my kids shoes in jumping area, even though my kid had the purchased socks on and I was wearing shoes, apparently holding them is not acceptable, such a cluster....

Management was bad. The kids enjoyed. Very pricey for a birthday party just for kids to enjoy. Why should person paying for a package have to pay for self separately? If it's a birthday, why should the birthday person have to be included in the 10 guest?. Train worker doing intake a little better. Respect in a MUST for a paying customer .

The idea is GOOD, The staff sucks!!!! Dont give your money to a company who is not appreciative of your business. Went here this weekend and overheard the family w/ small kids in front of me discuss pricing/options w/ the manager. They went with a small package of 5 rides and $5 tokens for $22 so they could just take there small kids around a few times as they couldn't ride alone. Manager said that was fine to purrchase this pkg for the families use. I also thought this was a good deal and purchased the same package. By the time we made it to the line for the go carts the family that was in front of us in line were now in the front of the go carts line where they were told they would not honor the families purchase and they would have to purchase a ride package for each of there kids or each of them wait in line for the next race one at a time as they could not ride together. I could hear the family ahead getting frustrated and embarrassed as the ride operator ipretty much advises them that they're lying when they advise the fact that they just discussed this upon entry. Long story short they told them they would not refund them, they could not ride and if they kept holding there line up with questions they would be asked to leave their premise (while their small kids are crying to ride the rides they paid for and are in front of the line for). . I hadn't said a word as I watched in disbelief, and I wasn't so brave as to be emarrassed for standing up for myself as they did which resulted in no results. I just walked out and decided it was a cheap lesson to learn. BUT I WILL NEVER, subject myself to such emabarrasment or lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I bought my kids wristbands. It includes the buffet. My boys are 8 and 6. They told me I had to buy a buffet to go in there with my children. No thanks! I did not want to eat the crappy pizza! Not very friendly staff!

Great place for kids birthday parties, a step up from Chucky Cheese but similar in the food preperation and serving, the difference lies in the multitude of activities with Awesome indoor/outdoor go carts, Lazer Tag and a fresh renovation and expansion was greatly needed and done very well. Keep in mind this place gets crazy busy on snow days and spring breaks. They do a good job taking care of kids and parents.

This company has several locations. We went to the Holland location. If you go their website, they have seperate propmotions running at different times at all of their locations. No consistancy. No continuity of thought. We drove an hour, in two cars, with eleven people. We went there in time for a mid week promotion their website spoke of two-for the price of one Tuesday. When we got their, there were NO CUSTOMERS THERE! The place was a Ghost Town! Just a few employees hanging around waiting for customers. Now I know why. When we got there, we were told by a manager, some 19 year old, that, that promotion wasn't running, but we could wait 3 hours until the next promotion or pay full price, ($15 a head for 4 attractions...or, about 20 minutes worth of fun!) NOT HAPPY!

While waiting for "The President" of the company to call us back, 4 other groups came and left, all looking for, and being denyed, the same promotion that we were there for.

After a phone call back, we were told in no uncertain terms that, even though they had no customers, and had employees and a facility to pay for, that they would NOT HONOR THEIR DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING!? AND THERE WERE NO CUSTOMERS THERE! In a major recession at the end of summer, they did not want the three to four hundred dollars we would have spent there, that day, with them on entertainment and food.

So, I ask you. Do you really want to really want to spend your hard earned dollars with people that have customer service and profit motives this far outside the bounds of reality? Don't be decieved. They get you there with a false promotion and think you will buy anyway. When you don't, they treat you like dirt. We ended up driving back down to South Haven to another go-kart track. Those folks were happy to take our vacation funds. They were very friendly and accommodating of our group. It was so much fun, we went back the next day!

Pass on this Ghost Town! Nuthin' to see there! Go spend your money elsewhere with people that appreciate your business.

This was the highlight of our MI trip. I took 5 grandkids there, ages 9 thru 13, boys and girls. There are activities for all interests. There were many teens and young adults there. Great for all ages.

I loved all the comfortable chairs and sofas for grandparents scattered through out the place. I could always find a place to sit. I felt it was a safe environment. I’m very protective and could relax.

The special was around $25 for 5 hours and the buffet.

I thought we’d stay 3 hours and stop on the way back to hotel to get something else to eat. My grandkids are picky eaters.

We stayed till closing and the kids did several trips to the buffet. The food was delicious with a varied selection.

It was well worth the price!!

The Buffet is huge! Pizza (and it's pretty good too) pasta, chicken, salads, desserts, soda, ice cream and it's all you can eat for 3 hours. Eat, go have some fun then come back and eat some more. Buffet, 1 attraction (i.e. Laser tag, go carts, bumper cars) and $5.00 in arcade games for $14.99. If this is helpful let me know.

First of all, we love their pizza/pasta buffet! Lots of great choices of salad, pizza, pasta, chicken, sides, and desserts! They also have different "themed" areas to sit in to choose your atmosphere - a sports-bar area with TV sports, kids area where they play popular kids movies on huge TV's around the room, and another common dining area if you're not interested in the TV's. Our whole family had fun with all of the activities offered from video games to go carts to laser tag to high ropes to bumper cars. Their packages with swipe-cards loaded are very convenient and a cost-savings from buying the activities separately. We've only been there twice and both times in the winter. We're anxious to go back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor activities as well.
