We took the longest nature trails at Indian Springs Metro Park. It was nice walk even without colorful leaves. The Woodland Trail and Timberland Trail run deep into forests and meadows. Also the discovery center is always nice to stop by.

My friend and I went for a walk here yesterday. There were a variety of trails to choose from and most seem to be the perfect length. It was a very enjoyable and easy stroll with lots of lovely scenery. There were signs posted along to teach us fun facts and centers where students seemed to be learning on field... More

I frequently ride my bike on the 8 mile bike path which ventures back into the woods. It is absolutely beautiful in the fall with the smell of the fallen leaves and the sighting of deer if I'm lucky. One thing I've noticed is people don't seem to be very friendly on the path-I don't expect or want a conversation... More

Nice hiking trails. New Nature Center. One of the best water park areas for young kids. Good golf course. Favorite part of this Metropark is the sledding hills in the winter.

My wife and I love to come here for the nice quiet walks through the nature trails. Especially perfect this week with all the fall color hitting its peak. The nature center is pretty neat to wander through and they also have a glass wall that lets you see below the pond on the lower level. If you like riding... More

Visited the park with my nephew while visiting relatives in the area. We hiked the 3+ mile nature trail. It was extremely well maintained with interesting educational signage all along the route. It wasn't the most beautiful or exciting trail I've seen but I was still impressed with the care put into putting this together and keeping it well groomed.... More

My wife & I love to hike, and we have a Metro Park pass. Stony Creek is kind of our home base, but we try to find trails on the other parks as well. This was my first trip to Indian Springs. It is a much smaller Park with one good hiking trail. It was a pretty, if unexciting walk.... More

We took our kids over to the Splash Pad at Indian Springs. It was in decent shape and just cost the price of Metro Park admission. The splash zone isn't huge, but was big enough to run around. Thankfully we went on a weekday and it wasn't super crowded. After that we visited the play structure which had some unique... More

Beautiful, wide open spaces, bike path and splash park are a hit with the kids. Also don't want to miss the nature center with it's underwater observatory.

This used to be a good place for breakfast and lunch but I have heard that Amy left the business and it has gone down from there. This is a great looking golf course. I have golfed there with my sons many times. One Fathers day my 15 year old son as he didn't have a drivers license yet was... More
