A group of us (2 adults and 4 children) booked in advance to make a trip to TreeRunner. When an unfortunate incident happened personally that required us to move our trip to mid-October, it was not an easy task to reschedule. Kathryn Bauman at the call center was supposed to help us. She was unresponsive, and never returned my messages. Due to fact we originally planned to climb on a Saturday, since needing to move to a Sunday school night, we wanted an earlier time. Never happened. But we made the best of it... arrived early but due to the COVID processes in place, it took well over an hour to get from registration to the obstacles. Not realizing they closed an hour earlier on Sundays, we got to our 2nd obstacle and were told probably be our last climb. It was very frustrating to know we paid hundreds of dollars to be there, could not get the lady at the call center to accommodate our change in time, took over an hour to get into the air and then had to tell our kids that sorry, we can only do two obstacles. Feeling defeated, I discussed our situation with Joanna, Mark and Destiny. They were incredibly understanding and showed true empathy to our experience. They went above and beyond what was necessary to work with us, and I am very appreciative of it. We love TreeRunner and have been multiple times in the past. We will be customers for life, and we cannot say enough about the staff in general... let alone when we brought an issue to their attention. Honestly, start to finish, top notch. We know they cannot control what the call center does or does not do, but they do their absolute best to make up for it and make it a great experience. Thank you Joanna, Mark and Destiny!! We look forward to seeing you next season!

Three of us visited on 8/15 ages 53, 51, 22 and spent 3 hours running through green, blue and black routes. Check in was easy - be sure to do the waiver online beforehand. Orientation was quick and efficient and off we went. Green and Blue routes were fun. The black routes was very challenging for us but so glad we tried it. There are picnic tables to rest and eat at. They allowed me to go back to the car for water as well. The visit was well worth it though we were a bit sore the next day. There families of all ages there and plenty of help was available if needed.

TreeRunner is an incredibly fun experience -- challenging, to be sure, especially the blue and black courses. But it's the best kind of challenge, because it's exhilarating and rewarding and totally unique. Special shout-out to the staff: I've rarely encountered such a friendly, helpful bunch of teens.
