A very interesting place greatly helped by the two volunteers Judy and Brandon, both of whom were very knowledgeable and helpful. There is no entrance fee but donations are welcome.

We're from the U.K. and always relish a trip into America's past, especially the railroads. We were staying in Kalamazoo, and read of this whilst there. Drove down on a Sunday afternoon. The Village itself was closed, although we were shown around the car repair shop, but the main interest, for us, was the railroad depot, which we spent a considerable time in. Both of the staff (Judy and Brandon) were both knowledgible and attentive. All in all, an excellent afternoon.

I was at the Revolutionary Re Enactment there. It was fabulous! There was also a Pontiac Classic Car Event going plus a WWII reunion. So many groups enjoy using this space. There are food places and restrooms provided. Very clean and accessible. Daily Trash pick up. Grocery store nearby. Plenty of parking.

We ducked in there on rainy day and were given a tour by the curator. I'd call it a "hidden gem". Very neat little town and it has some of the best preserved building I've ever seen, especially the school house. Low traffic and well worth it!
