Definitely check the calendar for various events they have going on. At Christmas they have a great looking Santa and the kids get individual attention, much better than the mall. They also have other events like yoga on the green. Very reasonably priced visit

Wander through church, school, blacksmith, etc. and learn about historical roots of community. Innovative programs bring us back regularly. Dedicated volunteers make history alive. Director really cares each visit is memorable.

.......at what life was once like in Troy, MI and the surrounding area. Excellent displays supported by an extremely knowledgeable staff make for a great day of fun and learning for kids of any age!

This is a very interesting place to visit. Even if you do not live in Troy visit anyway. The buildings and grounds are neat and clean very good displays.
