We rented 2 Jet Ski’s this afternoon and had a great time. The staff was very helpful and polite and the equipment performed flawlessly. The only compliant I have is there pricing is somewhat misleading and you can’t get through on their phone line. Other than that, it was a fun filled experience!

We rented a sport deck boat for delivery to Torch Lake for a full day. Reid took great care of us at set-up and went over everything, and we launched and were underway for a perfect day. The boat performed flawlessly and was in Bristol condition. When the day was over, Reid was there promptly for the pick-up and we didn't have to do a thing but gather our belongings. Yes, they charge you for a lot of fuel, but it wasn't a surprise part of the bill, we were told in advance. They aren't cheap but great service and a terrific, reliable boat shouldn't be cheap, so count us as happy customers.

Experience started off a little rough as they don’t give you an address on their reminder email and google maps gives you the wrong address, but as TC also advertise outside that same wrong hotel address, you can’t blame google! Anyway, make sure you park at Sugar Beach.

Life jackets only come in 2 sizes, adult and small, so if you have anyone in between or extra large don’t expect to wear a life jacket!

Anyway, once we got through that, the experience was great. Pontoon was awesome. Tubing was awesome. Return was easy and workers were very pleasant.

Only downside of return was to find out that the $160 we paid for gas was non-returnable. Really? $160 mandatory fee for a full tank of gas that you have zero hope of using in a 4 hour rental. So be prepared for that little surprise.

Had two pontoons dropped off at an inland lake west of traverse city. Overall experience was fine and pickup/dropoff went fine. Quality of pontoons was as expected, overall good condition.

The issue started once the pontoons were picked up from the lake. We left an expensive sonos speaker on one of the boats and within 45minutes, called the drivers as well as the office to see if they had found it. They said they did not but it was definitely left on the boat. We continued to reach out for weeks after and 'nothing was found'. This was a very unfortunate situation and no compensation was provided for the 'lost' speaker. I can surely assume it was taken by one of the drivers so beware and ensure you take everything off of the boat because you may never see it again.

Two of my friends and I had reserved a boat with TC Watersports for Saturday during Labor Day weekend. Unfortunately, it rained the entire day. The radar showed no breaks. They called us 3 times during the day to ask when we were coming to pick up the boat. I told them we did not feel safe taking the boat out in those weather conditions. We were told that unless it is thundering and lightning we would have to pay the full amount and they would not give us a voucher for next time. This was very disappointing. We paid $650 for a boat we never got to use. I cannot believe they would want people taking their boats out in conditions like that and they should be ashamed of themselves for keeping our money.

I've always wanted to try parasailing but a fear of heights put me off. Finally, my brother, who had done it before, encouraged me to try it along with him and we had a great time. Captain Dan, who is licensed by the US Coast Guard, and his assistant explained the process during our safety briefing and once I saw how we would be fastened to the tow line, my fears evaporated.

The take-off was swift and the view from the sky above Grand Traverse Bay was incredible. We were amazed at how quiet it was up there. Not for a minute did I feel uneasy about being that high in the air. Will definitely do it again!

Found a hook from a fishing pole on the floor of the boat we rented, almost stepped on it bare footed. Obviously the 6 high school aged kids that were working that morning never did a thorough sweep of the boat from the previous passengers. Definitely won't be renting from TC Watersports again.

Website clearly says 75 an hour for the jet skis. Somehow that becomes 100 when they add a gallon of gas. Why lie ...why not tell the truth? The location is actually a couple buildings down from the location online. Too many issues for a good rating. Avoid.

We rented a deck boat from TC waterspouts on August 10th and thoroughly enjoyed our day out on the water. The staff members were polite and professional and the boat was clean an operated flawlessly. We rented for four hours but will rent for a full day next year.

Reservation was easily made and it was super easy and fun to get there and get out on the water. We rented a deck boat and tube to pull behind it. We have almost no motor boating experience but if was very easy and straight forward to get rolling.

Staff is very young, which is not a knock. Definitely we had no concerns with the process and instructions for using the boat.
