A cute little shop with many cheese options. They also have local wines and beer for purchase too. You can purchase as much or as little cheese as you like. When we went there was about 60 different type of cheese to choose from. We ordered the smoked Gouda it was great.

Loved our visit with The Cheese Lady! So many to sample and loved that she even suggested others that we might like. The best part is that you can buy as little or as much as you want of any of them vs prepackaged blocks.

Stopped by the Cheese Lady's stand today at the Interlochen Farmers' Market. Her Prairie Breeze Cheddar is exceptional. Lots of different cheeses from different countries to choose from. Well worth a visit.

The Cheese Lady provides cheese and cheese-related items. If you enjoy cheese, don't miss this place. We stock up on the various types of Raclette cheese whenever we're visiting the area. The black truffle fromage is pretty amazing. Highly recommend anything this lady sells!

BEST cheese shop we've ever been to! Seriously... our family loves cheese! So much so, that our holiday gatherings are more about the cheese platter than the meal and desserts. At our house, when guests arrive it is most often times a, "Oh, you brought a side dish. Thank you... now come eat some cheese!" I know, we should probably get help for this, but we'll wait until we're all cheesed out. Anyway... this place does it right. Not only do all who work there clearly LOVE cheese, but they're as friendly and funny as can be! They want you to be there, they're happy you dropped in, and more than anything they want to help you find the best cheeses for whatever your palette and party desire and they want you to have an enjoyable time while doing so. We really thought the set up of the shop set the tone for your entire experience. There are 4-5 individual stations available for guests to have their own cheese tastings with their own personal cheesemonger. Other cheese shops tend to have one big cheese cooler with multiple customers trying to get tastes and such, which can sometimes make you feel like you should hurry up, make your selections, pay, and go. But not here... The Cheese Lady shop has created such a wonderful and genuinely welcoming vibe that you feel connected to their craft and their passion for cheese in a way that is more loving than pretentious as some other cheese places can mistakingly create. So long story short, stop here, taste and buy some cheese and thank us later!…
